Estimate below constraint Warning
When entering a low estimate figure in item screen if that amount entered is below the constraint (reserve/guide) could a warning box appear next to the low estimate box saying "Estimate below reserve" and an 'accept' tick box to approve

When we remove a reserve or guide there is no option to go back to None.
Can you put a None option into the Discretion, Reserve, Guide, Net box.

Skip the Alphas O and I as the second letters in upcoming auto contract number allocations
To avoid confusion between O and 0 and I and 1 which could occur in handwritten ticketing/numbering of stock for auction (the same as vehicle number plates avoid these alpha/numeric similarities)

add a drop down signature menu on the Email Consignment pop-up window
When sending an Email Consignment note it comes up with a default (Please find a copy of your consignment attached - let us know if you have any questions). This can be obviously amended by a user but it would help speed up operations if there was a drop down Insert Signature to allow user to chose the particular signature(s) they may want to attach (like Outlook does), e.g. + individual's name, +Company details, + international calling details + mobile phone + other detail as required

Multiple Sales Invoice Templates
It would be great if we had the option of at least one extra invoice template. These could be different invoice templates per department.

Delete items from a contract
I just noticed someone had the same problem in support. "The 'ctl + delete' function to delete an item from a contract is not working."
I think it might be because some keyboards, like laptops or small keyboards, don’t have a del button? Its not working for us with the ‘delete’ key maybe because AMS uses the del key on numpad?

Contract charges
It would be very useful if we could add charges when entering or editing contracts, rather than on the client's page as we never charge fees to client's without them being directly related to a contract or item.

WHEN WE ADD TO A CONTRACT AND PRINT THE NEW ITEMS ADDED THE DATE PRINTED AT THE TOP IS THE DATE THE CONTRACT WAS OPENED WHICH LOOKS ODD... SO EITHER NO DATE OR OPEN A NEW CONTRACT. WE ARE USED TO NOT WANTING MILLIONS OF CONTRACTS ?

Shorten the visible 'Comment' input field on 'Set Reserve' window
When changing a 'constraint' (reserve/guide) on an item the ability to enter a comment on why this was done is available. The comment box allows multiple lines of comment to be typed in but then will not save the action. The comment will only save if around 50 characters long. Shorten the comment box to make this clear

When loading an expense would like the option of a zero GST field
When doing contra's (loaded as an expense against vendor) these should be zero rated as GST is not applicable

Have the ability to delete a client
We need to delete some old clients and duplicate files.
2 votesYou can not delete a client with history only archive them. We are checking the error message returned to make this clearer.

Lot searches could return description text to reduce further calls to get that detail

Could client lists be exported?
Could a list of recently registered clients be exported so that they could be added to our bulk mailouts list on mailchimp.
Also could lists be exported of client purchases? I.e a list of clients who had previous bought Jeffrey Harris work so we contact them about a newly consigned Harris work.2 votes -
Advanced search for 'Returned' art works under 'Stock'
Enable an advanced search that allows us to filter artworks that have been returned to vendors by price and date returned to vendor. i.e. filter the search for art> returned> 2000 - 2010> $5,000 - $10,000> client> artist> title of work.
